Do I have to choose everything now?
No. Choose what you want now; the rest can be ordered later from your account. The story has already been written by then, so that saves on the price.
Is the story the same in every shape?
Yes. One story is written and one set of illustrations made; the shapes are different ways to experience it. The colouring book is the exception: those drawings are redone as line art.
Which is better value: separately or in a bundle?
A bundle, usually by a lot. Ordering separately after the story means a separate order and separate shipping, and that is in the price. The pricing page shows exactly what the difference is.
