About the hardcover
How long before it arrives?
A few working days after your approval — the exact delivery time is shown with the product. Writing and illustrating happen within the hour; the rest is printing and shipping. Around Sinterklaas and Christmas every printer is busier, so order earlier then.
Can I still change the book before it is printed?
Yes. First you read the full story with all the illustrations and can ask for a change per scene — shorter, funnier, more about Grandpa. Only when you approve does it go to the printer. After that it cannot be undone.
Which finish should I choose?
The standard finish shines and stays clean longest. Matt catches less light when reading aloud. Linen feels like a book that belongs on a shelf — that is the finish Mira recommends, and we sell it at cost.
Can I order another one later?
Yes, from your account. A second copy is cheaper than the first: the story is already there, only the printing is added. Handy if Grandpa wants one too.
